Tessa Baerlocher leads LinQuest’s TMC line of business. TMC is committed to modernizing today’s warfighter through expertise in electromagnetics, digital signal processing, and radio frequency communications.

Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portland and a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. She began her career in the United States Air Force as a program manager for multiple satellite and airborne communications systems.

After leaving the Air Force, Tessa became the Space Superiority Business Area Director for L3Harris, and then was Chief Engineer of the Army Platforms Department for the MITRE Corporation.

Tessa joined the LinQuest team in November 2021 as the Director/Deputy GM for the Space Superiority Business Group.
