As LinQuest’s Chief Growth Officer, Stephen leads a high-performing Business Development organization, integrates growth strategies across the corporation, and guides mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining LinQuest, Stephen was the co-founder and CEO of The Perduco Group, which was acquired by LinQuest in 2019. Stephen is a 25-year veteran of the US Air Force and a graduate of the Air Force Academy. He holds a master’s and PhD in Operations Research from Arizona State University.
