LinQuest was highlighted as the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and GEOHuntsville co-sponsored the first Geospatial Advantage Conference in Huntsville, AL, on November 29th, 2022. With the theme “Why Where Matters,” this conference was an opportunity for government agencies, non-profit organizations, academia, and industry to engage in discussions on partnerships, innovative technologies, and the growing geospatial ecosystem in Huntsville.
Team LinQuest was showcased as a Gold Sponsor through GEOHuntsville, where Mike Angle and Greg Schumann serve on the board of directors. GEOHuntsville is one of Huntsville Mayor’s, Tommy Battle’s top non-profit, economic development focused organizations.
Dr. Dennis Robertson, LinQuest (Perduco Group) Principal Research Scientist, impressed the audience of more than 200 industry leaders with his Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) expertise during a one-hour expert panel discussion on “Finding Where Faster: The Future of Artificial Intelligence.” The panel focused on a myriad of topics within the context of the NGA technology strategy related to AI/ML. Some topics included: Adoption of AI, Procurement/Acquisition Challenges Related to AI Capabilities, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Other Emerging Capabilities, Access to Data; Talent Shortage of Skilled Resources, and Developing and Socializing Use Cases that Resonate with Buyers.
